Motor codes has launched the 2012 ‘Garage of the Year Competition’ to find the UK’s favourite garage, this year the competition is sponsored by Havoline.
‘Garage of the Year’ has expanded to feature separate awards for garages with fewer than ten employees, so all garages, big or small have equal chance of winning.
All service garages are eligible to enter, franchised or independent; simply visit the website to download promotional marketing tools before voting opens to the public. The top 100 garages will be short listed in April and public voting will then continue to find regional champions, finally the overall winner will be announced in May.
Prizes up for grabs include; Snap-on vouchers, Land Rover and Porsche driving experiences and tickets for this year’s British Grand Prix at Silverstone. However the most valuable prize for garages is the fantastic PR the award will generate, boosting both reputation and business.
On the judging panel this year will be; Chris Mason, Managing Director of Motor Codes, members of the What Car? team, Peter Lawton, editor of CAT Magazine and the face of Sun Motors, Ken Gibson.
Entry is free and voting will commence on the 24th of February, non motor codes members can register at www.motorcodes.com by clicking on ‘Related Link’ below.
