ADL win the 2007 ADF Supplier of the Year Award

ADL made it a hat trick of awards for the year by picking up the coveted ADF Supplier of the Year award for 2007. This is on top of winning IFA Supplier of the Year and Daren Ambrose winning CAT Magazine’s ‘Man of the Year’ award. The ADF trophy has now been won by ADL six times since its inception in 1991 – an industry record!
Every year the ADF (Automotive Distribution Federation) invite its members to get together for a gala dinner at the Hilton NEC in Birmingham. This year’s event took place on the 6th December and ADL was represented by the entire UK Sales Department.
The aim of the evening was to network with customers and friends from within the industry, as over 500 members attend each year. However the highlight of the evening is always the ADF Excellence Awards.
Back in September, each ADF supplier member was asked to nominate a distributor/wholesaler of the year and likewise the distributor/wholesalers were asked to nominate their preferred supplier. Once all the nominations were collated, an entry form and questionnaire were sent to each of the short listed candidates.
ADL have previously won the award in 1991, 1999, 2002, 2003 and 2005.
